K Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at miskimex@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
